This recipe is a Studio 5 exclusive! It’s made entirely in a food processor for easy prep and cleanup. Wendy loves to serve with lightly toasted sourdough, but it would make a great cracker or veggie dip as well. Garnish with honey, diced green onions, walnuts or pumpkin seeds, and fresh thyme.
For an extra kick, top with jalapeños and Mike’s Hot Honey.
Whipped Pumpkin Feta Dip
INGREDIENTS
- 6 oz. pumpkin puree
- 8 oz. feta cheese
- 2/3 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- Garnish: honey, diced green onions, walnuts or pumpkin seeds, fresh thyme.
METHOD
- Process or blend until smooth.
- Pour the dip into a serving bowl. Toast your sourdough lightly.
- Garnish your dip with more honey, diced green onions, walnuts or pumpkin seeds, fresh thyme, and a bit of kosher salt.
