How to Make the Viral Dubai Chocolate at Home

Have you tried the viral Dubai chocolate?

There’s a gooey, crunchy, chocolatey obsession taking over social media—and it’s not just any chocolate bar. The Dubai Chocolate Bar is loaded with texture and flavor: crunchy toasted kadayif, creamy pistachio, a hint of tahini, coated in a glossy chocolate shell.

Chocolatier Kelsey Watson shared her recipe for this viral treat, and we’ve got all the details.

To get that signature shine you see on professional chocolates, Kelsey recommended using polycarbonate molds instead of silicone. These molds are favored by chocolatiers because they give finished chocolates that signature glossy finish and crisp shape.

Kelsey’s recipe includes a few standout ingredients that take this treat to the next level—like pistachio cream, tahini, and toasted kadayif (shredded phyllo dough that crisps up beautifully in the oven). The result is a flavor and texture explosion that looks as stunning as it tastes.

Ready to try it yourself? Here’s how to make Kelsey’s version of the viral Dubai Chocolate Bar at home.
