Cookie butter… in a drink?! 3 holiday mocktails full of seasonal flavor

Spice up any gathering with a few holiday mocktails!

Pump up your holiday punch bowl! These holiday mocktails are super easy to shake up, and undeniably delicious…. perfect for toasting the season in style! Whether you’re hosting a party or cozying up with family, these festive drinks will be the star of the night.

Chef Nettie Frank shared three holiday mocktail recipes that anyone can whip up.

 

Gingerbread Mule – A cozy drink full of warm flavors.

Cookie Butter-tini – Who doesn’t love cookie butter?! A sweet and creamy drink that’s like dessert in a glass.

Tis’ the Season – A refreshing blend of fruity and spiced flavors that taste like the holidays. Full of cranberry, coconut creamer, and lime.

No fancy bar tools? No problem! You can easily improvise with items you already have at home. Use a mason jar as a shaker, and grab the handle of a spatula as a muddler. If you want to get fancy, order a bar set from Amazon.

 

Gingerbread Mule

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 gingerbread cookie
  • ¼ cup of gingerbread creamer
  • 2 tsp of brown sugar
  • a dash of ground cinnamon
  • ⅓ cup of ginger beer

METHOD

  1. Place cinnamon stick in jar after lighting it with fire enough to get it smoking. Then place in jar and cover with lid for 1 minute.
  2. Pour in creamer, add ice and shake.
  3. Rim glass with marshmallow fluff and dip into brown sugar.
  4. Add contents to glass. Top off with ginger beer.

 

Cookie Butter-Tini

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Tbs of cookie butter
  • Crushed up Cookies
  • ¼ cup Caramel Creamer
  • ¼ cup Water
  • ¼ cup of tonic water

METHOD

  1. Add cookie butter, caramel creamer, and water into jar. Cover with lid and shake until cookie butter is fully incorporated.
  2. Rim glass with cookie butter and dip into crushed cookie.
  3. Strain mocktail into glass and top off with tonic water.

 

‘Tis the Season

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 8 cranberries
  • 3 lime wedges
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • ¼ cup coconut creamer
  • ¾ cup cranberry juice

METHOD

  1. Muddle together 2 lime wedges and 6 cranberries and bottom half of rosemary sprig & 2 tsp of sugar.
  2. Add ¾ cup of cranberry juice, ¼ cup coconut creamer, and ½ cup of ice.
  3. Keep on the rocks or strain into glass.
  4. Add garnish of rosemary sprig and 3 cranberries to glass.
