You only need one pan to make this berry crisp.

No rolling the dough. No fancy knife work. No layers to rise or fall. This berry crisp is a simple, yet elegant, dessert. Need we say more? You can feed the whole fam with one pan!

Sarah Alvord shared her recipe for skillet berry crisp. Made with three types of berries, it’s a flavorful dessert for any season of the year. If fresh berries aren’t available, you can go for frozen (just thaw them out the night before you bake)!

The golden buttery oat topping comes together in a blender. It’s made of basic pantry staples that you probably already have lying around!
