You can’t go wrong with a family-tested pasta salad!
It’s not a potluck without the pasta salad. This recipe will be the first bowl to go empty! It’s packed with colorful veggies and a fresh homemade dressing.

Brianna Chavez’s Pasta Salad
INGREDIENTS
Salad
- 1 pound of pasta (seashell, elbow, penne, e.g.)
- ¼ pound genoa salami
- ¼ pound pepperoni
- ½ cup asiago cheese
- 1 can of black olives
- 2 bell peppers (any color)
Dressing
- ¾ cup extra virgin olive oil
- Splash of balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Grated parmesan cheese, to taste
METHOD
- Cook pasta according to box directions. Drain noodles and dump them into your serving bowl.
- Add in genoa salmi, pepperoni, asiago cheese, olives, and peppers. Mix into pasta.
- Add all dressing ingredients together in a mason jar or bowl and shake or stir to completely combine.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad. Serve and enjoy!
